Guidelines

The guidelines for talks and posters are as follows:

Talks are 12 minutes with 2 minutes for some shorter questions. We have allocated some additional time at the end of the session for a discussion of the topic which can include any longer questions.

All on-site talks will be run on a provided laptop. We ask that all talks be saved as PDF to ensure compatibility and before the conference we will provide a place to upload them.

Online talks will be presented from the presenters own computer but we still ask for the talk to be provided as PDF. This is to ensure a backup in case of poor connectivity.

Posters are advised to be printed in A1 in size or less, we do not have the facilities to host virtual posters. All posters will be made available to view throughout the entire week.
